Try bondu at home for 60 days from delivery. If it’s not right for your family, for any reason, send it back and we’ll refund what you paid to your original payment method.

How to return bondu

1. Email support@bondu.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack bondu and drop it off with the label.
4. Once bondu is back with us, we refund your original payment method, usually within 1 to 3 business days.

Please email us before sending anything back. Returns need a valid order number, bondu should come back physically undamaged, and we can’t accept returns sent without our label. If bondu was a gift, the refund goes to the original payment method.

Replacements

If your bondu arrives damaged or defective, something is missing, or we sent the wrong item, email support@bondu.com within 60 days of delivery with a photo or a short description. We’ll ship a replacement and send a prepaid label for anything that needs to come back. Replacements usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after we confirm the issue.

Coupons and price adjustments

• One coupon per order, unless a promotion says otherwise.
• Refunds and price adjustments are based on what you paid after all discounts.
• If you used a coupon, a price adjustment may not apply.
