Refund, Replacement and Coupon Redemption Policy

We accept refunds and replacements within 30 days of receiving your item for any reason. To start a return and replacements, contact us at support@bondu.com.

Eligibility
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that meet all of the following conditions:

- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags attached and original packaging intact
- Physically Undamaged
- Accompanied by a valid order number

You may return and refund the product for any reason (e.g., unwanted, unsuitable, or change of mind).

Processing Steps
a. Confirm order number and purchase date
b. Verify item eligibility based on condition and timeframe
c. Issue a return shipping label
d. Inspect returned item upon receipt
e. Process refund to original payment method. Confirm refund completion 

Discretion
Customer service management has the final say on refunds. Decisions may vary based on the specific details of each case.

Replacement Policy 
Replacement Requests (Within 30 Days)
Eligibility

Replacements are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items under the following conditions:

- Items received damaged or defective
- Missing items in shipment
- Incorrect items sent

Processing Steps
a. Collect visual or written evidence of the issue
b. Confirm eligibility within the replacement window
c. Approve and initiate the shipment of a replacement
d. Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item
e. provide a replacement

Replacements are typically processed within 1–3 business days after issue verification and approval.

Coupon Redemption Policy

Stacking Restrictions
Customers may not combine multiple coupons on a single order unless the promotion explicitly allows it. 

Price Adjustment After Discounts
Price adjustments are based strictly on the final amount paid after all discounts have been applied.
- Customers may not request additional price reductions using previously applied discounts.
- If a coupon was used, price adjustments may not be applicable.
